The PS1 Voltage Green LED is OFF, indicating either that Power Supply 1 (with short battery backup) is not present or that the drive bus is in a 'BusPowerOff' state. This condition could prevent motor drives from receiving power, resulting in a loss of motion control.

• Power Supply 1 (PS1), potentially for short battery backup, is offline.
• Failure or disconnection of the PS1 unit.
• The drive bus voltage is too low or absent.
• Battery backup for PS1 has failed or is disconnected.
