The PWR/2.5V Green LED for the CIB_SR module is OFF, indicating a lack of 2.5V supply voltage to the module. This absence of critical operating voltage prevents the CIB_SR module from functioning correctly and could result in the non-operation of interconnected I/O nodes.

• The 2.5V power supply to the CIB_SR module is not present.
• No 2.5V power detected on the CIB_SR board.
• The CIB_SR communication interface board is missing its 2.5V power input.

   Check fuse F17.3 on the CCU_SR for continuity and proper rating.
