Multi-step Speed Reference 0 Exceeds Max Frequency
Omron · MX2 Inverter
¿Qué significa 005 ?
This warning occurs if the frequency set for Multi-step speed reference 0 (A020) or the current output frequency (F001) is greater than the inverter's maximum allowed frequency (A004). This can cause the inverter to operate outside its designed limits or result in an unintended operational range.
Causas comunes
- A020 (Multi-step Speed Ref 0) was manually set to a value higher than the drive's absolute maximum frequency (A004).
- An external command signal (e.g., analog input for frequency reference) is scaling incorrectly, attempting to drive the output frequency (F001) beyond A004.
- Parameter scaling errors in the frequency command chain, causing an amplified reference that exceeds A004.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Access parameter A020 (Multi-step Speed Reference 0) and compare its value to A004 (Inverter Max Allowed Frequency).
- 2
Adjust A020 (Multi-step Speed Reference 0) to be less than or equal to A004 (Inverter Max Allowed Frequency). Typically, it should be within the range defined by A061 (Upper Limit) and A062 (Lower Limit).
- 3
If F001 (Output Frequency) is exceeding A004 during operation, verify the scaling of any external frequency reference inputs (e.g., analog input P4-01-P4-04). Use a multimeter to measure the analog input signal (e.g., 0-10VDC or 4-20mA) and ensure it corresponds to the expected frequency range.
- 4
Check for any dynamic frequency boosting parameters that might be active and inadvertently pushing the frequency beyond A004.
- 5
Save the changes and power cycle the drive to ensure parameters are correctly applied.
