• Incorrect 'Limit Input Signal Type' (NC or NO) configured in PLC Setup for the CW limit switch.

   Manually move the driven axis in the CCW (counter-clockwise) direction until the CW limit switch is physically disengaged.

   Measure continuity or voltage at the CW limit input terminal to verify signal status (ON/OFF) and expected voltage level (e.g., 24VDC for ON, 0VDC for OFF) based on the configured 'Limit Input Signal Type' in PLC Setup.
