TACH LOSS FAULT

Otis · DSD 412 DC Elevator Drive

¿Qué significa 98 ?

The DSD 412 drive does not detect encoder velocity in proportion to the armature voltage, indicating a loss of speed feedback. This fault is related to functions #14 and #15.

Causas comunes

  • The encoder is not functioning correctly or has completely failed.
  • Loose electrical connections in the encoder wiring circuit.
  • High resistance in the motor, requiring an increase in the value of parameter #14.
  • The contactor feedback circuit at A1TB1-7 closes prematurely before the armature power poles engage, as per the timing diagram on page 49.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Verify that the encoder is operating correctly by checking its output signals.

  2. 2

Ensure all encoder connections are secure and tight.

  3. 3

Raise the value of parameter #14 if the motor exhibits high resistance.

  4. 4

Refer to the timing diagram on page 49 and ensure the contactor feedback circuit at A1TB1-7 does not close before the armature power poles.
