F017

Input phase loss

Schindler · Easy Altivar ATV310 Drive

¿Qué significa F017 ?

For the ATV310 drive, this fault is detected when one or more phases of the main line supply to the drive are lost or significantly unbalanced. This protection primarily operates when the drive is under load and can be triggered by blown fuses or incorrect supply configuration (e.g., a 3-phase drive on a single-phase supply).

Causas comunes

  • Drive incorrectly supplied or one or more input fuses are blown
  • Failure of one phase in the main line supply
  • A 3-phase ATV310 drive is used on a single-phase line supply without proper configuration
  • Unbalanced load on the incoming power supply phases

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Check the power connection to the ATV310 drive and inspect all input fuses for continuity.

  2. 2

Verify that a 3-phase line supply is used if the drive model (ATV310) is a 3-phase unit.

  3. 3

Measure the incoming line voltages (phase-to-phase and phase-to-neutral, if applicable) to confirm they are balanced and within tolerance.

  4. 4

If acceptable for the application and after a thorough risk assessment, disable reporting of this fault type by setting Input Phase loss detection (parameter 606) to 00.
