¿Qué significa F027 ?

This ATV310 fault indicates that the internal temperature of the drive's IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) has reached an excessively high level. This condition is critical and is influenced by ambient temperature, motor load, and drive switching frequency, risking damage to the drive if not addressed.

• Drive internal IGBT temperature is too high for the current operating conditions
• Ambient temperature around the drive is excessively high, reducing cooling efficiency
• Motor load is too high or mismatched with the drive's capacity
• Switching frequency (parameter 315) is set too high, increasing IGBT losses

   Check the sizing of the load, motor, and drive to ensure they are appropriately matched for the application.

   Reduce the Switching frequency (parameter 315) to lower IGBT losses, if feasible for the application.

   Verify the drive's ventilation system is clear and operating effectively, and that ambient temperature is within specifications.

   Allow the ATV310 drive to cool down completely before attempting to restart operation.
