No new actual values received from the Power Module
Siemens · DCM
¿Qué significa F30071 ?
The Control Unit has failed to receive multiple actual value telegrams from the Power Module, indicating a communication breakdown. This means the drive is not receiving critical feedback data necessary for operation. This loss of communication will halt drive operation and can lead to unstable control or system shutdown.
Causas comunes
- Loose, corroded, or improperly seated DRIVE-CLiQ cable connection between the Control Unit (CU) and the Power Module (PM).
- Physical damage to the DRIVE-CLiQ cable itself (e.g., broken wires, damaged shielding, excessive bending radius) preventing data integrity.
- Severe electromagnetic interference (EMI) or ground loops disrupting the DRIVE-CLiQ communication signal.
- Hardware defect in the DRIVE-CLiQ interface port on either the Control Unit or the Power Module.
- A power supply interruption or malfunction to the Power Module, preventing it from processing and transmitting actual values.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Power off the drive. Inspect the DRIVE-CLiQ cable connections between the CU and PM; ensure both ends are securely seated and latched.
- 2
Examine the DRIVE-CLiQ cable for any physical damage such as kinks, cuts, crushing, or signs of strain; replace if damaged.
- 3
Verify the 24VDC control power supply to the Power Module is stable and within specified voltage limits.
- 4
Check the drive's diagnostic buffer for any other concurrent communication or hardware-related faults.
- 5
Ensure proper grounding and shielding practices are followed for all DRIVE-CLiQ cables to minimize EMI effects.
- 6
Perform a hardware configuration scan (e.g., via STARTER or TIA Portal) to re-detect and re-establish communication with the Power Module.
