An option board was not correctly connected to the control board, or an incompatible option board was attached. This fault indicates a problem with the physical interface or compatibility between the option and control boards, preventing data exchange.
Causas comunes
- Option board is not properly seated in its slot on the main control board, leading to intermittent or no contact.
- Physical damage to the connector pins on the option board or the corresponding slot on the control board.
- An incompatible option board model installed, which the Drive's control board cannot recognize or interface with.
- Excessive vibration or shock causing the option board to become dislodged from its connection during operation.
- Debris (e.g., dust, metal shavings) obstructing the electrical contacts between the board and the slot.
