Er - 11

Motor Speed Fault

Yaskawa · F7 Drive

¿Qué significa Er - 11 ?

Detected during rotational Auto-Tuning in vector control (A1-02=2 or 3), this fault indicates that the torque reference exceeded 100% during acceleration. This typically points to an issue with acceleration time, incorrect PG (encoder) pulse data, or an excessive mechanical load on the motor. Exceeding torque limits during tuning will lead to inaccurate motor parameterization and potentially inefficient operation.

Causas comunes

  • Excessive mechanical load on the motor shaft during rotational Auto-Tuning.
  • Drive current limit (C4-01) or torque limit (L7-01) is set too low for motor acceleration requirements.
  • Incorrect motor parameters (e.g., P2-01: Motor Rated Power, P2-02: Motor Rated Current) leading to inaccurate torque estimation.
  • Encoder feedback signal noise or loss (if using vector control A1-02=3) causing inaccurate speed detection.
  • Insufficient Drive capacity for the connected motor and load combination.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Ensure the motor is completely disconnected from the load when performing rotational Auto-Tuning in vector control mode.

  2. 2

    2. Verify all motor nameplate parameters (P2-01 to P2-06) are accurately entered into the Drive.

  3. 3

    3. Increase the acceleration time parameter (C1-01) to reduce the torque required for acceleration.

  4. 4

    4. If using encoder feedback (A1-02=3), inspect the encoder cabling for proper shielding and secure connections to prevent signal noise.

  5. 5

    5. Temporarily increase the Drive's current limit parameter (C4-01) and torque limit (L7-01) if necessary, ensuring not to exceed motor ratings.
