Motor Lock Alarm
Fanuc · AC Spindle Motor Alpha i-Beta i Series Parameters
What does SP0031 mean?

Common Causes
- Spindle motor is mechanically jammed or seized.
- Excessive cutting forces are preventing rotation.
- Amplifier command signal is not reaching the motor.
- Low voltage supply to the motor windings.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
