C
Alarm of Power Supply (ECM)
Fanuc · Alpha i Series AC Servo Motor and Spindle
What does C mean?
A general alarm indicating an issue with the power supply providing power to the ECM system. This could be due to input voltage problems or an internal fault in the power supply unit.
Common Causes
- The main power supply to the ECM (drive) has failed or is unstable.
- Loose or disconnected power wiring to the ECM.
- Internal fault within the ECM's power input stage.
- Protection device (e.g., fuse, breaker) has tripped due to an upstream fault.
- Incorrect AC input voltage detected by the ECM.
Repair Steps & Checklist
