What does 383 mean?

This alarm on Fanuc Series 0i-D/0i Mate-D indicates a small internal signal amplitude from a separate (external) detector. This can be caused by the detector itself failing, power supply issues, or external electrical noise affecting the signal integrity.

• Internal failure of the external detector causing weak signal output.
• Insufficient or unstable power supply voltage to the external detector.
