Communication Error (Amplifier and Module)

What does P mean?

A communication error has occurred between the amplifier and its module. This prevents proper data exchange and control signals, which can lead to system malfunction or inability to operate the connected equipment.

• Defective connector or cable (CXA2A/B) between the amplifier and module
• Defective control printed-circuit board within the amplifier or module

   Check the connector and cable (CXA2A/B) for any damage, loose connections, or incorrect routing

   Replace the control printed-circuit board within the affected unit (amplifier or module)

   Replace the SVM unit if the communication error persists after checking cabling and replacing the control board
