What does 1030 mean?
This status code, indicated by a flashing red operating LED on the Fronius Primo GEN24 inverter, signifies that a device within the Wired Shutdown (WSD) chain has interrupted the signal line. This can occur if a surge protection device (SPD) has tripped, the factory-installed bypass has been removed, or a trigger device is not properly installed.
Common Causes
- A device connected in the WSD chain (e.g., surge protection device) has interrupted the signal line.
- The bypass device pre-installed at the factory has been removed.
- No trigger device has been installed in the WSD chain.
- The SPD surge protection device has tripped, causing the signal interruption.
