26113

Motor phase failure, KPP/KSP (axis)

Kuka · KR C4 Operating Instructions

What does 26113 mean?

A failure has been detected in one or more motor phases supplied by the KPP or KSP device for a specific axis. This typically indicates an open circuit, short circuit, or significant imbalance in the electrical connection between the drive and the motor. This condition prevents proper motor operation and can cause mechanical or electrical stress.

Repair Steps

  1. 1

Inspect the motor cable for any physical damage, loose connections at the motor or drive terminals, or signs of insulation breakdown.

  2. 2

Perform continuity and insulation resistance tests on the motor windings to check for internal faults.

  3. 3

Perform a Power Off / Power On cycle of the entire system to reinitialize the drive bus.

  4. 4

Check the status indicators or diagnostics of the KSP device.
