Common Causes
- Heatsink temperature sensor (e.g., NTC thermistor, PT100) has failed internally or is physically damaged.
- Wiring harness from the heatsink sensor to the main control board (e.g., X12 connector) is loose, disconnected, or corroded.
- Input circuit on the control board responsible for reading the heatsink temperature sensor has malfunctioned.
- High levels of electrical noise on the sensor signal lines due to insufficient shielding or improper cable routing near power conductors.
