What does 98  H mean?

A disconnection has been detected on an output terminal. This indicates a physical break in the wiring or loss of continuity to the connected output device, preventing the module from controlling the device.

  • Loose or damaged terminal connection at the output module or load.

    Recover the connection to the output terminal by re-securing wiring or replacing the faulty output device.

    After connection recovery, turn 'Alarm clear request' (Y11) on and off to clear the alarm.

    Verify that 'Output disconnection detection status' reads 0 (Normal) and 'Alarm flag' (X11) turns off after clearing.
