Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC iQ-R Module Dedicated Instructions
8 fault codes documented
High Speed Data Logger Module Instruction Execution Error
This error range signifies an abnormal completion during the execution of either the Z(P).RCPWRITE or Z(P).RCPREAD instructions within the high speed data logger module. The error code is stored in the completion status (s)+1. It typically arises from concurrent instruction execution, an active module stop error, an inactive data logging function, or file access conflicts without proper interlocks.
Flash ROM Write Count Error
This error occurs if an attempt is made to write data to the Flash ROM memory more than 25 times after the power is turned on or the CPU module is reset once. It also triggers if attempts to write data to the Flash ROM exceed a maximum of one hundred thousand times over the module's lifetime, resulting in write failure.
Network Configuration Inconsistency Error
This error occurs when the values set for the master station and device station in the network configuration setting data (s2) are not consistent. This inconsistency prevents proper parameter setting for the CC-Link IE TSN module.
CC-Link IE Field Network Module Major Error
This major error occurs in the network module upon successful completion of the G(P).CCPASET instruction. It is specifically observed when an engineering tool version 1.080J or later is used in conjunction with older firmware versions of the CC-Link IE Field Network master/local module or the CPU module within a redundant configuration. This error indicates a compatibility issue leading to instability in the network module.
Protocol Cancel Request Error
This error occurs when a cancellation request is received for the m-th protocol while multiple protocols are being executed continuously by the GP.ECPRTCL instruction. The Ethernet module records the protocol number m currently being executed and the receive packet number of successfully collated protocols (1 to m-1) that were already executed.
Connection Number Setting Error
This error occurs if the fixed buffer send/receive mode (e.g., send) of the specified connection (1 to 16) has an invalid combination with the communication type of the protocol to be executed (e.g., receive only) for the Ethernet module.
Protocol Setting Data Write Error
This error occurs if protocol setting data is written during the execution of the GP.ECPRTCL instruction. Upon completion of the write operation, the protocol currently in execution is canceled, and this error code is generated.
Parameter Setting Instruction Execution Limit Error
This error is detected if the G(P).CCPASETX instruction is executed two or more times after power-on. This instruction is designed for setting parameters for CC-Link IE TSN modules and should only be executed once per power cycle.
