What does P2 mean?

This code indicates a general error occurring within the connected indoor unit (IU) or the broader system. When this error is displayed, the indoor unit may still continue its operation. The remote controller screen will provide specific details including the error unit (e.g., IU 1 Unit#1), refrigerant address, the unit's model and manufacturing numbers, and the precise date and time of the error's occurrence. This fault points to a system anomaly that necessitates further investigation.

   Document all visible error details from the 'Error information' screen, including the error code 'P2', the 'Error unit' (e.g., IU 1 Unit#1), refrigerant address, unit model, manufacturing numbers, and the 'Time Occurred'.

   Stop the operation of the air conditioning unit by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote controller.

   Navigate to the 'Error information' screen (page 75) and attempt to reset the error by pressing the F4 button or the ON/OFF button (page 76).
