What does 12-time blink 2.5-second OFF mean?

This fault occurs when the indoor electronic control P.C. board experiences an inability to properly read data from its nonvolatile memory. This is a critical internal error of the main control board, preventing it from functioning correctly, storing settings, or managing unit operations. The unit will remain inoperable until this memory issue is resolved.
