Outdoor Control System Memory Corruption (Continuous Light)
Mitsubishi · MSZ-FH06-18NA Heat Pump System
What does Left lamp lights up mean?
A continuously lit left lamp signifies a critical memory reading failure on either the inverter P.C. board or the outdoor electronic control P.C. board. This error means the outdoor unit's core control system cannot initialize or function correctly, rendering the entire air conditioning system inoperable. It often indicates a hardware fault requiring board replacement.
Additional Steps
Steps 1–2 are listed in Priority Fix.
- 3
Visually inspect the outdoor control boards for any physical damage, such as burnt components, bulging capacitors, or signs of overheating.
- 4
Ensure all electrical connectors on the outdoor control boards are securely seated.
- 5
If no sub-code is found and visual inspection yields no clear cause, replacement of the affected control P.C. board is typically required.
