HF reactor module: Overtemperature or fan failure (Persistent)
Siemens · DAsl Diagnostics and Alarms
Hva betyr 237313 ?
This fault is triggered when alarm A37312 (237312), indicating an overtemperature or fan failure in the reactor module, has been active for more than 30 seconds. This signifies a persistent and critical cooling problem that could lead to severe damage or shutdown of the reactor module if not addressed. Reaction is OFF2, requiring an immediate power on acknowledge.
Vanlige årsaker
- Sustained fan failure (e.g., completely seized motor, open winding) on the HF reactor module.
- Complete blockage of cooling air channels or very high accumulation of dust on the heat sink and fan.
- Prolonged operation with continuous overload (r0067) beyond the thermal capabilities of the reactor.
- Consistently high ambient temperature inside the control cabinet, exceeding the module's thermal limits.
- Internal short circuit or significant winding damage within the reactor causing continuous excessive heat.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Immediately power down the system and replace the cooling fan of the HF reactor module if it is not operating.
- 2
Perform a thorough cleaning of all air passages, heat sinks, and fans within the control cabinet and on the reactor module.
- 3
Reduce the operational load on the system to ensure the average current (r0067) remains below the reactor's rated continuous current.
- 4
Install additional cabinet cooling (e.g., air conditioning unit, larger fans) if the measured ambient temperature consistently exceeds specifications.
- 5
Disconnect the reactor and perform an insulation resistance test (megohmmeter) on its windings to ground and phase-to-phase.
