Common reasons include the run command being removed before the identification process finished, the motor not being properly connected to the frequency converter, or a mechanical load being present on the motor shaft during the run.

• Motor nameplate data is not recognized or is outside acceptable range.
• During auto-tuning, an error occurred in identifying motor characteristics.
• Mismatch between configured motor type and actual motor connected.
