What does 0x80E1 mean?
One or more system limits regarding I/O points, interrupt inputs, Pulse I/O Modules, or Expansion Racks have been exceeded, or resources are allocated to more than one Unit. This is a fatal error, indicated by flag A401.11, with Auxiliary Area A407.13 to A407.15 providing specific details about which limit was exceeded.
Common Causes
- Total number of I/O points set in the I/O tables exceeds the maximum allowed for the CPU Unit (details bits: 000).
- More than 32 interrupt inputs are configured (details bits: 001).
- Three or more Pulse I/O Modules were connected to a CJ2M CPU Unit (details bits: 100).
- The number of Expansion Racks exceeds the maximum allowed (details bits: 101).
- More than 10 I/O Units are connected to a single Rack (details bits: 111).
