Slave Disconnection during Servo ON

What does 77880000 hex mean?

An EtherCAT slave or NX Unit, which is allocated to a CNC motor, was disconnected, replaced, or disabled while the Servo was active (ON). This minor fault causes the Servo for the relevant CNC motor to be immediately turned OFF.

Common Causes

  • EtherCAT slave or NX Unit assigned to the CNC motor was physically disconnected while Servo was ON.
  • EtherCAT slave or NX Unit assigned to the CNC motor was replaced while Servo was ON.
  • EtherCAT slave or NX Unit assigned to the CNC motor was disabled while Servo was ON.
