What does 000D0000 hex mean?
A fatal error was detected on the internal bus of the PLC Function Module. This issue is continuously monitored and indicates potential hardware failure or interference. If this error occurs, the user program and CPU Unit operation will stop, and connection to the Sysmac Studio may not be possible. A power cycle is required for recovery.
Common Causes
- Conductive material has entered the CPU Unit or surrounding area.
- Noise interference causing data corruption in bus signals or malfunctioning bus interface circuits.
- Internal bus disconnection or other hardware failure within the CPU Unit.

If conductive material is nearby, blow out the CPU Unit with air.

Ensure no metal working is performed near the control panel, and the operating environment is free of dirt and dust. Confirm the control panel is closed.

If the error persists after cleaning, check the FG (Frame Ground) and power supply lines, along with other noise entry paths, and implement appropriate noise countermeasures.

If the error continues after noise countermeasures, replace the CPU Unit.
