What does OLF mean?
The motor has experienced a sustained overload condition, drawing current above its rated value for an extended period. This can lead to severe motor overheating, insulation damage, and eventual motor failure.

Inspect the driven mechanism for any issues such as wear, excessive mechanical play, lubrication problems, or blockages that increase motor load.

Re-evaluate the sizing of the soft starter and motor in relation to the actual mechanical load requirements of the application.

Check the 'tHP' parameter (Thermal Protection for Motor) in the 'SEt' menu (page 52) and the 'In' parameter (Motor Nominal Current) in the 'conF' menu (page 50) for correct settings.
