What does SCF1 mean?
A hard detection of a motor short circuit. This is a severe fault indicating a direct short circuit between motor phases or from a phase to ground. This can cause immediate and significant damage to the drive's power stage and the motor. This fault can be manually cleared if the 'Reset restricted fault configuration' (HrFC) parameter is set to 'Yes'.

Immediately disconnect the motor from the drive output for safety.

Measure insulation resistance between motor phases and to ground using a megger (>1 MΩ is expected).

Inspect motor windings for visible damage, arcing, or burnt insulation.

Check the motor cable for any damage, pinching, or short circuits.

If the motor and cable test clear, the drive's power section may be damaged and require service.
