What does F91 mean?

This Automatic Fault occurs when the gateway device is not receiving State of Charge (SOC) data from the external BMS or Battery Monitor. This prevents the XW Pro from displaying or utilizing accurate battery charge information.

Complete Troubleshooting Guide

    Verify connectivity between external BMS or Battery Monitor, gateway device and XW Pro.

  2. 2

    If an external BMS or Battery Monitor does not exist in the application, disable State of Charge Control.
