What does 03 mean?
An electrical current path to ground has been detected, which could be in the incoming power cable, within the inverter itself, or in the connected motor. This fault causes an immediate shutdown of the drive to mitigate risks of electrical shock and equipment damage.

Locate and eliminate the ground fault in the incoming cables, motor, or external wiring.
