99
IPOS ramp calculation error Immediate disconnection
SEW Eurodrive · MOVIDRIVE compact System
What does 99 mean?
This fault occurs in IPOS operating mode when attempting to change ramp times or traveling velocities while the inverter is enabled, especially with sinusoidal or square positioning ramps. Modifying these parameters dynamically during active operation can lead to an uncalculatable state for the ramp profile. The inverter immediately disconnects to prevent unsafe movement.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
Modify the IPOS plus® program logic to ensure that ramp times and traveling velocities can only be altered when the inverter is in an inhibited (disabled) state.
- 2
Ensure that any commands to change ramp parameters are executed only when the drive is stopped and the inverter output stage is inhibited.
