What does 25 mean?
This fault indicates an issue with reading from or writing to the unit's EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), which stores configuration parameters and operational data. This can lead to lost settings, incorrect unit operation, or an inability to store new parameters or changes. If left unresolved, corrupted EEPROM data could prevent the unit from functioning correctly and require complete re-configuration.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide

Attempt to reset the unit's parameters to factory default settings using parameter P802 via MOVITOOLS MotionStudio or the unit's interface.

Perform a complete unit reset by power cycling the MOVIFIT unit.

Completely re-parameterize the unit with all necessary application-specific settings from a known good backup configuration.

If the EEPROM error persists after re-parameterization, contact SEW Service as it may indicate a permanent hardware fault requiring unit repair or replacement.
