What does 11 mean?
This fault indicates excessive temperature within the inverter's output stage or a general internal malfunction of the unit. Common causes include inadequate cooling, high ambient temperatures, or operation under excessive load.
Common Causes
- Accumulation of heat due to a dirty heat sink.
- Ambient temperature around the unit is too high.
- Lack of proper ventilation preventing heat dissipation.
- Excessive load placed on the drive.

Ensure there is adequate space and airflow to prevent heat accumulation.

Reduce the load on the drive.

Switch off the 24 VDC supply voltage to reset the fault.

Issue a reset command via MOVILINK®.
