What does F01600 mean?
A STOP A request has been initiated, often due to a safety-related event such as defective hardware, incorrect STO configuration, or a discrepancy at STO terminals. This condition is indicated by fault value r0949 and results in an immediate, uncontrolled cessation of motor power. It is a critical fault impacting machine safety and operation.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
For defective hardware or unintended pulse cancellation: Select and then deselect STO, cycle inverter power, and if the fault persists, replace the Power Module.
- 2
If 'STO via Power Module terminals' is active but not enabled in the Control Unit: Set PM240-2/PM240P-2 switches to 'OFF' or enable the function in the Control Unit (p9601.7 = p9801.7 = 0). Acknowledge the inverter fail-safe, and if persistent, replace the Power Module.
- 3
For discrepancy at STO_A and STO_B terminals: Resolve the discrepancy at the terminals (STO_A and STO_B) and acknowledge the inverter fail-safe. If the issue remains, replace the Power Module.
