Identification
Vacon · NXS NXP AC Drive
What does 57 mean?
The motor identification run has failed. This can happen if the run command was removed before the identification process completed, if the motor is not properly connected to the frequency converter, or if there is a load on the motor shaft during the identification process. A successful identification run is crucial for optimal motor control.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
Ensure the run command remains active throughout the entire identification run process.
- 2
Verify that the motor is correctly connected to the frequency converter and all phases are present.
- 3
Remove any mechanical load from the motor shaft before initiating the identification run.
