Leakage Inductance Fault
Yaskawa · F7 Drive
What does Er - 13 mean?
Auto-Tuning failed to complete within the expected time frame or the resulting leakage inductance value fell outside the acceptable parameter range. This indicates an inconsistency with the motor's electrical characteristics as measured during tuning, likely due to incorrect input data or motor wiring problems affecting the measurement.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
Review and correct all Auto-Tuning input data (specifically T1 parameters such as motor HP, voltage, current, frequency, RPM) to accurately match the motor's nameplate specifications.
- 2
Check the motor wiring for proper connection configuration, ensuring no incorrect phase sequencing or loose terminals that could interfere with inductance measurement.
- 3
Ensure the motor is completely static and isolated from any power source other than the drive during auto-tuning.
