SVE
Zero Servo Fault
Yaskawa · F7 Drive
What does SVE mean?
The motor position moved more than 10,000 revolutions during zero servo operation, indicating a loss of position control. This can be caused by an excessively small torque limit, an overly large load torque, or a fault within the control circuit, possibly due to electrical noise interfering with position feedback.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
Increase the torque limit parameter setting (e.g., L3-01) for zero servo operation to allow the drive to exert more force.
- 2
Reduce the mechanical load torque on the motor to ensure it operates within its capabilities during zero servo.
- 3
Inspect and mitigate any sources of signal noise affecting the control circuit and feedback wiring; check shield grounding.
