What does CPF03 mean?

There is a connection error between the control board and the main drive unit, or the drive is experiencing operational issues due to significant electrical signal interference (noise). This can lead to intermittent faults, unreliable control, or a complete failure to operate properly, impacting machine safety and production.

   Turn off the power to the drive and physically inspect the connection between the control board and the drive unit; ensure it is securely seated.

   Implement comprehensive noise reduction measures: check for noise sources from other equipment (switches, relays) and install surge suppressors where needed. Separate communication wiring from power lines and consider installing an EMC noise filter to the drive power supply input.
