CPF07

Terminal Board Connection Error

Yaskawa · J1000 AC Drive

What does CPF07 mean?

There is a faulty connection between the terminal board and the control board. This critical connection is necessary for processing all input/output signals (e.g., start/stop commands, speed references, fault outputs). A poor connection can lead to unreliable control, intermittent operation, or a complete lack of response from the drive, affecting machine safety and performance.

Complete Troubleshooting Guide

  1. 1

Turn off the power to the drive and firmly reconnect the terminal board to ensure a secure and stable connection with the control board.

  2. 2

If the problem continues after reconnecting, contact Yaskawa technical support for guidance on replacing either the control board or the entire drive unit.
