SvE
Zero Servo Fault
Yaskawa · J1000 AC Drive
What does SvE mean?
Position deviation has occurred during zero servo operation. This fault typically arises from the torque limit being set too low for the application, an excessively high load torque on the motor, or electrical signal interference affecting the PG encoder wiring.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
Set the torque limit (L7-01 to L7-04) to an appropriate value that allows the motor to maintain position under load.
- 2
Reduce the amount of load torque applied to the motor to bring it within the drive's capabilities.
- 3
Check the PG signal wiring for electrical signal interference (EMI/RFI) and implement shielding or separation from noise sources.
