Incorrect safety configuration
Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive MPx02
What does F3144 mean?
The overall safety configuration of the drive system is incorrect or inconsistent. This indicates a fundamental problem with how safety functions are defined, parameterized, or structured within the system. An incorrect configuration will prevent the drive from entering a safe operating state and will trigger a fault to prevent any hazardous motion.
Common Causes
- Mismatch between safety hardware and configured safety functions
- Incorrect safety parameters defined for the application
- Corrupted safety configuration data
- Attempt to use an incompatible safety program
- Errors during safety configuration download or validation
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Verify all safety-related parameter settings within the IndraDrive MPx02 against the approved safety documentation and the machine's safety program.
- 2
Check the physical wiring and connections of all safety input/output terminals (e.g., STO, SS1, enable signals) on the drive and safety control system according to the electrical schematics.
- 3
Inspect the safety logic program in the engineering tool (e.g., SafeLogic Designer) for correct implementation of safety functions and consistency with the overall safety concept.
- 4
Verify the firmware versions of the IndraDrive MPx02 and any associated safety option modules for compatibility with the engineering software and the loaded safety project.
