What does 7000 mean?

A communication error has occurred on the control board, specifically on channel CH1. This issue is often caused by electromagnetic interference. The fault is indicated by bit 6 of Fault Word 2 (3.06 FW 2).

Common Causes

  • Communication error between I/O modules and the main controller.
  • Faulty wiring or connection to I/O modules.
  • I/O module failure.
  • Network congestion or interference affecting I/O data.
