Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750
This internal data error relates to an incompatibility or corruption in the power-down non-volatile storage data. It suggests an issue with how the drive saves and retrieves its state or parameters during power cycles. Without resolution, the drive's stability during power transitions and its ability to recover its operational state could be compromised.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Perform a parameter reset to factory defaults via the HMI or programming software (e.g., P0-01 to "Factory Reset" command).
2. Re-commission the drive by re-entering all necessary motor, application, and control parameters.
3. Verify stable incoming 3-phase AC supply voltage (e.g., L1-L2-L3) and stable control voltage (e.g., 24VDC) during drive operation and shutdown.
4. Check for and install any available firmware updates for the main control board to ensure compatibility with NVS structures.
5. If the fault recurs, the main control board (MCB) hardware responsible for power-down data integrity may be faulty and requires replacement.
