Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750
The checksum read from the power board's non-volatile storage does not match the calculated checksum, indicating data integrity issues on the power board. This causes the power board's internal parameters to revert to default values. If these default settings are unsuitable for the application, it can lead to incorrect drive operation.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Perform a drive power cycle by disconnecting input power (e.g., 480VAC) for 30 seconds, then reapplying.
2. Verify stable input AC line voltage (e.g., 480V L1-L2-L3) and stable control voltage (e.g., 24VDC) to the power board.
3. Ensure proper grounding of the drive system according to local electrical codes (e.g., impedance of less than 0.5 ohms to earth ground).
4. Check the ambient temperature around the drive and ensure cooling fans are operational to maintain temperature within specified limits (e.g., 0-50°C).
5. If the fault persists, replace the power board as its internal non-volatile memory is likely corrupted or faulty.
