Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750
This fault occurs when the main control board has been moved to a different power structure, causing all stored data to reset to default values. It signifies that the drive requires a complete re-commissioning. Failure to re-enter application-specific parameters will result in incorrect or no drive operation.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Acknowledge the fault, noting that drive parameters have reverted to factory default values.
2. Upload the most recent parameter backup file from a PC or HMI memory module (e.g., using DriveTools SP or a HIM).
3. If no backup exists, manually re-enter all motor, application, and I/O parameters based on commissioning documentation or previous settings.
4. Perform a controlled test run (e.g., jog mode, auto tune) to verify the drive operates correctly with the re-entered parameters.
5. If this fault appears without a physical MCB/PB change, check for stable control power (e.g., 24VDC) and potential power board internal identification circuit failure.
