What does 11120 mean?

The 240V AC disconnect switch on port 1 is open when the precharge controller is in the ready state, but the molded case switch (MCS) is not closed. This prevents the drive from starting or operating.

• The main 240V AC disconnect switch (Port 1) is physically open or improperly closed.
• Failure of the auxiliary contact on the disconnect switch (Port 1) to provide closure feedback to the controller.
• Broken or loose wiring connecting the disconnect switch auxiliary contact (Port 1) to the drive's input status terminals.
• Faulty input status monitoring circuit on the drive control board (Port 1) for the disconnect switch.
