The value for the activation of the following error monitoring (position) is not allowed, as the value range is limited to [0, 1]. This parameter enables or disables the system's ability to detect deviations between commanded and actual position. An invalid setting means critical safety monitoring might be disabled or misconfigured.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Access the following error monitoring parameter (e.g., P6-05) and explicitly set its value to either '0' (disabled) or '1' (enabled).
2. Ensure any automation logic or HMI inputs interfacing with this parameter are configured to send only '0' or '1' as valid states.
3. If experiencing persistent issues, try resetting the parameter to its factory default value (if allowed) and then re-entering '0' or '1'.
4. Perform a complete parameter download from the configuration software to the drive to overwrite any corrupted values.
5. Review the system's safety requirements and tuning guide to determine whether following error monitoring (P6-05) should be enabled (1) or disabled (0).
