F2039

Maximum acceleration exceeded

Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive C Drive Controllers

What does F2039 mean?

The actual acceleration or the commanded acceleration has exceeded the configured maximum limit for the axis. This can cause mechanical stress or control instability.

Common Causes

  • Programmed acceleration command is higher than the drive's configured maximum acceleration limit.
  • External mechanical force or uncontrolled motion causing unexpected acceleration.
  • Drive parameters for maximum acceleration are set too low for the application's dynamics.
  • Incorrectly tuned velocity loop or current loop causing overshoots.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Check the commanded acceleration value in the motion program or HMI and ensure it is within the drive's configured maximum acceleration limits.

  2. 2

Verify the drive parameter for maximum acceleration and adjust it if necessary, ensuring it is appropriate for the application and mechanical system.

  3. 3

Inspect the mechanical system for any sudden load changes or external forces that could cause unexpected acceleration.

  4. 4

Review the velocity and current loop tuning parameters for stability.
