Perform a power cycle (Power Off / Power On) of the KR C4/KR C4 CK controller to reinitialize the drive bus and communication links.
Inspect all EtherCAT cabling for damage, proper routing, and secure connections at both ends (e.g., CCU, KPP/KSP modules).
Verify the EtherCAT network configuration and status through the KUKA HMI or diagnostic tools for any reported errors or misconfigurations.
